Our Neighbours: introducing the local John Obey community 

John Obey village has 372 residents and it’s main source of income is from fishing.
the village is situated in two area: the main village has been built up since the war on the road that passes 1km north of the beach. The fishermen and their families – about 50 in number – live by the water.
The most recent project the John Obey community has initiated is the building of a primary school. All funds for this so far have been generated from fishing.
