The Basics: Eat, drink, sleep, wash & you know...

Life is simple but good at the beach – come expecting to be well fed
and sleep in a peaceful and stunning location.

Eating: The beach kitchen which you can get involved with will prepare fresh bread, local seafood, fresh fruits and vegetables.

Breakfast – fruits, oats, eggs, orange juice, freshly brewed tea & coffee
Lunch – Local ‘chop’ with the team. Rice with casava leaf, potato leaf or ground nut soup
Dinner – Fresh grilled catch of the day, cous cous, pasta, sweet potatoes, lots of salad, plantein and Elijah’s special sauce.

Anytime – tea, coffee, fruits, bread
Drinks – chilled local beers, soft drinks and bottled water all $1 each

Drinking: Fresh water well will provide clean water for cooking and
washing. You can choose to purify this for drinking or bottled water
will be available to buy in the village. In the evening kick back
round the fire with the tribe, the drums and a jar of palm wine or
star beer.

Sleeping: The village has grown!

Tents – BYO (or we can provide with bedding)
Beach Shacks – Bamboo and wooden huts with the best views in West Africa
Earth Domes – as serene a sleep you can find in Salone

Washing: Take your pick: bucket showers, lagoon or ocean. There’s
plenty of space. Don’t forget your biodegradable soaps and shampoos.

Composting: Yes, great news for all you lovers of the fine of art of
composting. As on Vorovoro, John Obey has its own compost loos.
